Following a shift to hybrid working, the office needed a fundamental rethink. We began with a thorough workplace strategy — surveying staff, analysing utilisation data, and facilitating workshops — before developing a design that prioritised collaboration and connection over individual desking. The new office is used more, loved more, and costs less to run.
